Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain web applications using Python and Django
Collaborate with front-end developers and project teams to deliver high-quality features
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on readability and performance
Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared development standards
Consider user experience and business impact when implementing technical solutions
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes, architecture, and product direction
Qualifications
Strong experience developing web applications with Python and Django
Appreciation for efficient, human-readable, and well-structured code
Collaborative mindset with ability to clearly explain technical decisions
Awareness of how software behavior impacts end users
Openness to feedback and willingness to adapt when presented with alternative solutions
