Title: Python Software Engineer (AI/GenAI Focus)

Location: Austin, Texas

We are looking for a passionate Python Software Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and is eager to work on cutting-edge AI technologies. This role requires continuous learning and hands-on contribution to advanced AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and contribute to existing AI product codebases (e.g., CodeGenius, PRAssist)
• Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements
• Monitor production systems and proactively address alerts
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
• Build and enhance automation workflows to improve product performance

Required Skills:

• Python: 5–10 years
• Generative AI (GenAI): 5–10 years
• LangChain: 5–10 years
• LangGraph: 5–10 years
• REST API Development: 5–10 years
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
