About the role
The Electrical Technician Intern will work alongside the R&D team, under the supervision of the Electrical Team Lead, to support prototype activities and low-volume manufacturing. The intern will assist in the fabrication of wire harnesses and the assembly of electrical sub-assemblies based on technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing instructions, while developing an understanding of system requirements. The primary focus of the role will be the manufacturing and soldering of wire harnesses for R&D medical devices and testing purposes. The intern will perform continuity and basic electrical tests in accordance with internal test protocols and will document results in build and test records or short technical reports.
