We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented sales leader to drive the development of our B2C Pro Network. This field-based role is focused on identifying, recruiting, and activating high-quality installer and dealer partners while building a scalable, repeatable model for market expansion. The position combines new business development, partner enablement, and hands-on selling to accelerate growth and establish a strong foundation for this emerging division. 

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new pro partners across remodelers, contractors, designers, and installers.
  • Build and manage a self-generated pipeline using industry networks, trade events, and consumer lead sources.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from outreach to activation, positioning Front+Center’s value and assessing partner fit.
  • Train pros on in‑home selling, pricing, value differentiation, and closing strategies.
  • Conduct in‑home sales for D2C leads in pilot markets to validate processes and support early revenue.
  • Drive ongoing partner performance through regular engagement, coaching, and lead distribution.
  • Develop local market intelligence, support geo-targeted campaigns, and contribute to scalable growth playbooks.
  • Represent the brand at regional and national industry events.

What You Bring 

  • Proven success in hunter-style, quota-carrying B2B or channel development roles
  • Experience with in‑home sales (kitchen & bath, refacing, home improvement, or similar categories preferred)
  • This role has no direct reports initially but may provide day‑to‑day guidance to PRO partners and may grow into leadership of regional pro development teams as the business scales.
  • Background in building dealer/installer networks in fragmented markets
  • Strong self-generated pipeline and closing ability
  • CRM discipline and strong data management habits
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally

COMPENSATION:

  • Salaried/Exempt starting base at $85,000 annually plus bonus and variable compensation, with opportunities for growth based on experience and performance. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications and experience.
