The Regional Product Lead (RPL) is responsible for representing and driving the success of the product and service portfolio within a defined region. The role acts as the key link between regional markets and global Product Management (GBMS), ensuring that offerings are aligned with regional customer needs, economic priorities, and strategic objectives. The RPL supports growth by translating market intelligence into actionable product input, enabling sales, and strengthening customer engagement.
This role requires strong product expertise, analytical thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills across sales, customer success, product management, and regional leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence & Regional Insights
• Collect, analyze, and validate market-relevant insights from regional stakeholders, customers, and independent research.
• Monitor regional industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer expectations.
• Consolidate and prioritize market intelligence for structured input to Product Management.
Regional Product Strategy & Prioritization
• Evaluate regional product needs based on strategic fit and economic impact.
• Recommend product enhancements and regional adaptations supported by clear business justification.
• Ensure alignment between regional requirements and global product strategy.
Product & Portfolio Enablement
• Act as regional product expert and ambassador across Sales, Customer Success, and Management.
• Share product strategies, roadmaps, value propositions, and capabilities with regional stakeholders.
• Identify product gaps and improvement opportunities and communicate them effectively to Product Management.
Customer Engagement
• Participate in customer meetings, product discussions, and presentations.
• Gather direct customer feedback and translate it into actionable product insights.
• Support sales teams in tailoring product presentations to regional or customer-specific needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Maintain close collaboration with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Regional Management.
• Support regional marketing initiatives and enablement activities with market-specific input.
• Contribute to consistent communication and feedback loops between regional and global teams.
Key Deliverables
• Regular regional market intelligence and competitor insight reports
• Prioritized list of regional product enhancement and adaptation requests
• Business and economic assessments for regional product demands
• Stakeholder and customer engagement reports
• Regional product strategy alignment documents
• Sales and marketing enablement materials tailored to regional needs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Contribution to regional product-related revenue and growth targets
• Time-to-market for region-specific product adaptations
• Quality and impact of market intelligence provided to Product Management
• Effectiveness of stakeholder and customer engagement (e.g., feedback from Sales and customers)
• Adoption and usage of enabled products within the region

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $136,321 - $195,717. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
