In this pivotal role, you will be the first embedded data analyst within the Revenue Operations team, helping to drive analytical insights that influence go-to-market strategies. As a key member of the data team, your work will span various analytical projects focused on revenue funnel diagnostics, sales efficiency analyses, and operational metrics. You will bridge the gap between data insights and business decisions, ensuring that your analytical efforts significantly impact the success of the organization. Accountabilities
- Serve as the analytical counterpart to RevOps leadership, scoping business questions and projects
- Build robust data assets and design metrics and dashboards to communicate insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and plan analysis efforts
- Conduct analyses on revenue funnel diagnostics, sales efficiency, and marketing performance
- Contribute to data modeling and enhance the analytical operating system for GTM
Requirements
- Expertise in SQL-based data analysis and statistical reasoning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to generate insights
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with non-analysts and business stakeholders
