As a Sales Associate at Louis – Armstrong International Airport, you'll delivering exceptional service and crafting high-quality beverages for travelers from around the world. From greeting customers to preparing handcrafted drinks and assisting with general sales floor duties, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers warmly, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and store management.
• Operate POS systems efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café and sales area, following health and safety standards.
• Stock and replenish merchandise and coffee supplies on the sales floor and backroom.
• Assist with retail sales, including answering product questions and recommending items.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak travel times.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or hospitality experience, delivering excellent customer service
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Ability to pass an FAA background check.
• Must be available on weekends and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Passion for coffee and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
