Qualifications and Experience:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, and Data Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering business & IT analytical work packages, including developing current- state and future-state assessment reports, process and workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, business requirements documents, costâbenefit analysis, and supporting financial analysis.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in human resources business functions and HR information systems.
- Strong understanding of data warehouses, sources of data, and data relationships to generate meaningful insights and reports.
- Strong knowledge of business rules and modeling techniques, including architecture, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, business rules and non-functional requirements definitions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet multiple project deadlines and support project documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including senior management, subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with modeling tools such as Visio, Draw.io.
