We are seeking a Salesforce QA Analyst to support Salesforce implementation and integration initiatives for major clients. If you enjoy diving deep into Salesforce functionality, validating complex integrations, and ensuring high‑quality releases, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cases for Salesforce features and releases
- Perform integration testing, including Salesforce‑to‑Salesforce integrations using the Salesforce Connector
- Conduct end‑to‑end testing across Salesforce and integrated systems (APIs, middleware, core banking/operations platforms)
- Validate Salesforce functionality including Leads, Opportunities, and related CRM workflows
- Test Salesforce configurations such as flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, custom objects, and Apex logic
- Verify data flow, field mappings, and system interactions during integration processes
- Ensure configurations align with Salesforce security fundamentals and best practices
- Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure complete test coverage
- Document and track defects through resolution using tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr
- Collaborate with developers, Salesforce admins, product owners, and business teams to ensure quality releases
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- 3–7 years of QA experience, including 2+ years testing Salesforce applications
- Hands‑on experience with automation testing
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations, including Salesforce‑to‑Salesforce integrations
- Experience validating core Salesforce objects (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, etc.)
- Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Expertise in functional and integration testing
- Knowledge of Salesforce security fundamentals (profiles, permissions, access controls)

Asset Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations
- Familiarity with Interaction Summary functionality in Salesforce
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201) Certification
- ISTQB Foundation Level

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,000–$105,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
