About the role

 

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategy and Transformation Team. Reporting to the Business Analyst Chapter Lead and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

 

  • Support the delivery of The Smith Family’s Digital Strategy and Transformation
  • Own and oversee the Analysis phase of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Influence best practice and capability uplift within Digital and Transformation function, as well as throughout the organisation
  • Mentor and support Business Analysts

 

 

About you

 

As well as bringing your passion for community, your background and skills could include:

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in computer science, information systems, business analysis or equivalent experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in analysing requirements
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and present technical information and concepts
  • Well-developed knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
