Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives for public sector and enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a strategic Lead BA with strong experience working within fixed-bid consulting engagements and complex technology modernization programs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Waterfall delivery environments, stakeholder management, requirements leadership, and enterprise transformation initiatives involving platform implementations, application development, and migration programs.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Leadership
Lead business analysis activities across enterprise transformation programs.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Enterprise Transformation Support
Support platform implementations, system modernization, and application migration initiatives.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the liaison between business units, leadership teams, IT teams, and external partners.
Present recommendations, findings, and solution approaches to executive stakeholders.
Facilitate decision-making discussions and support governance processes.
SDLC & Delivery Support
Operate effectively within Waterfall and Hybrid SDLC environments.
Support testing, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and deployment readiness activities.
Contribute to delivery planning, risk identification, and change management efforts.
Required Qualifications
13–22 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
Strong recent experience working within Waterfall SDLC environments.
Proven experience supporting:
Platform implementations
Application development programs
Application migration initiatives
Enterprise modernization programs
Experience working within fixed-bid/fixed-fee consulting engagements.
Strong IT Services & Consulting background required.
Excellent documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or related certifications preferred.
