Overview

We are seeking a Senior Developer (C# / .NET / SQL) to join our team, with a strong emphasis on SQL development and data-driven application work.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working deeply with data, complex queries, and backend systems, while also contributing to application development using C# and .NET.

You will be working on designing, building, and optimizing solutions where SQL is a critical component of performance and functionality.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop backend solutions using C# and .NET
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models
• Analyze and improve database performance, indexing, and query execution plans
• Work with large datasets to support reporting, integrations, and business logic
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Contribute to system architecture with a strong focus on data flow and database design

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software development (open to strong 3+ year candidates)
• Some front-end experience (React, Angular, etc.) is preferred but not required
• Strong hands-on SQL expertise (critical requirement):
  • Writing complex queries (joins, subqueries, CTEs)
  • Performance tuning and optimization
  • Stored procedures and database design
• Strong proficiency in:
  • C#
  • .NET
• Experience working with data-heavy applications or systems
• Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
