JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Lead level analyst who acts as a resource, mentor, and preceptor for workers with less experience
• Supports the monthly financial closure process with an emphasis on building trend models, investigating rate variance reasons, disseminating findings, and guaranteeing data content accuracy. It is necessary to prepare and reconcile journal entries.
• Identifies significant trends that management may use to inform decisions by analyzing and interpreting financial data.
• Aids in the creation of accounting reserve techniques.
• Creates financial reporting schedules for auditors and other external sources.
• Aims to comprehend the connections and interdependencies between the net revenue performance and all facets of the revenue cycle and reimbursement sources.
• Creates trending reports on the performance of managed care contracts.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• A minimum of seven (7) years of net revenue job experience
• Proficiency in both writing and spoken communication
• Experience and understanding of revenue accounting are necessary.
• Analytical skills necessary to provide net revenue observations must be included.
• Working knowledge of government and commercial payors' reimbursement schemes and net revenue
• Proficiency in obtaining data from multiple systems, including Lawson, Crowe RCA, Excel, and EPSI
