The Role
The Senior Network Implementation Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex network infrastructure programs involving engineering and construction activities. This role provides end-to-end ownership of network deployment initiatives, ensuring delivery quality, schedule adherence, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, construction, vendors, and operations.
The position requires a strong engineering background, deep understanding of OSP/fiber network deployments, and the ability to lead large, multi-stakeholder programs in a matrix environment.

The Main Responsibilities
Program & Engineering Delivery
Own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure programs from design through construction completion
Oversee engineering processes from conceptualization through implementation
Coordinate engineering teams, construction supervisors, contractors, splicing vendors, and external partners
Serve as field interface for engineering and construction execution
Quality, Risk & Compliance
Perform quality audits of engineering designs, prints, and construction outputs
Ensure compliance with NESC standards, OSP construction best practices, and safety requirements
Identify risks and gaps across engineering and construction lifecycles and drive mitigation plans
Resolve program issues related to scope, quality, schedule, and execution
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a primary escalation point for market-level and program-level issues
Lead cross-functional meetings and provide leadership on objectives, metrics, and delivery readiness
Partner with process teams to implement new or improved engineering and deployment processes
Reporting & Forecasting
Accurately report program status, milestones, risks, and performance metrics
Maintain and update project databases and systems of record
Support forecasting and planning for capacity, timelines, and resource needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of telecom or network infrastructure program management experience
Underground and aerial utilities
Permitting, traffic control, and ROW processes

Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$83,000 - $138,000
