• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields required.

• 5+ years of Business Intelligence and data engineering experience.

• Proven experience in modernizing legacy data platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in migrating from on -premise SQL Server ecosystems (SSRS/SSAS) to cloud -native solutions.

• Expert -level proficiency in Power BI development (DAX, Power Query).
<\/div>
• Experience migrating SSRS reports to Power BI.
<\/div>
• Ability to optimize Power BI reports for performance and efficient large dataset exports.
<\/div>
• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks for ETL development.
<\/div>
• Proficiency in data querying and transformation during migration projects.
<\/div>
• Experience implementing DirectQuery, composite models, and aggregations in Power BI.
<\/div>
• Solid understanding of SSAS to Microsoft Fabric migration.
<\/div>
• Hands -on knowledge of MS Fabric, including Semantic Models, OneLake, and Data Engineering.

• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for Power BI and Fabric.

• Understanding of data governance, RLS, and data lineage best practices.
