• Salaried: $80 -85 per hour.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/b><\/div>
<\/div>
<\/b><\/div>
<\/div>
• Lead the migration of legacy SSRS (Paginated Reports) to modern Power BI dashboards.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Design and develop scalable Power BI solutions using DAX and Power Query.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Optimize reports for performance and large dataset export capabilities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Transform and query data to support migration lifecycles and performance optimization.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Implement DirectQuery, composite models, and aggregations to manage large data volumes.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Support the modernization of SSAS models into Microsoft Fabric Semantic Models.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Contribute to the adoption and integration of MS Fabric components such as OneLake and Data Engineering tools.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Set up CI/CD deployment pipelines for Power BI and Fabric artifacts.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Ensure data governance practices are upheld, including row -level security and data lineage tracking.
<\/div>

What you will need to succeed:<\/b>
<\/b><\/div>
<\/div>
<\/b><\/div>
<\/div>
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields required.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• 5+ years of Business Intelligence and data engineering experience.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Proven experience in modernizing legacy data platforms.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Demonstrated experience in migrating from on -premise SQL Server ecosystems (SSRS/SSAS) to cloud -native solutions.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Expert -level proficiency in Power BI development (DAX, Power Query).
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Experience migrating SSRS reports to Power BI.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Ability to optimize Power BI reports for performance and efficient large dataset exports.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks for ETL development.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Proficiency in data querying and transformation during migration projects.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Experience implementing DirectQuery, composite models, and aggregations in Power BI.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Solid understanding of SSAS to Microsoft Fabric migration.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Hands -on knowledge of MS Fabric, including Semantic Models, OneLake, and Data Engineering.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for Power BI and Fabric.
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Understanding of data governance, RLS, and data lineage best practices.
<\/div>
