Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Java Developer
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities
•    Define and leads the implementation of strategic solution as well as identify tactical solutions when necessary.
•    Leads projects delivery and ensure projects are within scope, time constraints, and deliverables are of the highest quality.
•    Work with other leads to further technology led transformation agenda
•    Write code that accurately reflects the requirements and design documents.
•    Coaches team members to maximize their performance and potential
•    Proactively seeks knowledge through external and internal sources
•    Leverage DevOps to automate application testing and deployments
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    BE/B Tech/MCA
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Hands on development in core Java, Spring sBoot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data and Batch.
•    Hands on experience with Angular/React frameworks.
•    Must have implemented large scale projects in Java platform.
•    Hands on experience on Databases (Oracle/Sql Server/DB2/MongoDB)
•    Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling, and data lineage
•    Experienced in defining solutions with focus on reusability and alignment with Firm wide strategy and authoritative sources
•    Experience working in Agile projects.
•    Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, DataBricks, etc).
•    High-quality software architecture and design methodologies and patterns, such as SOA, Layered Architecture, and Component-based Architecture
•    Financial Services experience
•    Bachelors in Computer Science or a related Field, Master’s Degree is a plus.
•    Experience in developing UI/UX feature is a plus.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60000 to $75000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
