This Senior Technical Product Manager will lead Amazon’s GenAI-powered builder acceleration and impact delivery strategy, simplifying and automating the end-to-end software development lifecycle for Selling Partner experiences. You will own cross-cutting platforms that scale quality, consistency, experimentation, and verified impact—empowering thousands of builders to ship faster with higher confidence. Success requires deep technical judgment, end-to-end user experience understanding, and the ability to earn trust while driving transformational change across teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep fluency in the end-to-end Selling Partner journey, strong technical instincts, and an obsession with applying technology in removing friction—serving as a force multiplier for thousands of builders while fueling Amazon’s long-term growth flywheel.

Key job responsibilities
Define and own the product vision and long-term strategy for GenAI-powered builder platforms that accelerate delivery of high-quality, consistent Selling Partner experiences with verified impact.

Lead cross-team strategy, alignment, and execution across engineering, UX, data science, and partner teams—driving shared priorities, clear trade-offs, and strong stakeholder trust across Amazon.

Partner closely with engineering to execute at scale, prioritizing roadmaps, making data-driven decisions, extracting learnings from launches and experiments, and rapidly adjusting direction based on results.

Embed experimentation and measurement by default, ensuring A/B testing, metrics, and impact validation are core to the builder workflow and inform continuous roadmap iteration.

Conduct deep customer and builder research to understand end-to-end journeys, identify friction points, and translate insights into clear product requirements and platform improvements.

Collaborate with UX and design partners to simplify workflows, improve usability, and raise the bar on experience quality through automation and thoughtful system design.

Leverage data and analytics to drive decisions, analyzing adoption, productivity, quality, and business outcomes to guide prioritization and demonstrate measurable impact.

Act as a force multiplier for thousands of builders, championing simplification, automation, and best practices that scale consistency, speed, and confidence across teams.

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
