Required Skills:
- 16+ yrs. MS Office/PowerPoint experience
- Progressive experience in project and program management
- Experience managing people, performance, developing processes and change management practices for medium to large teams
- Strong experience and verifiable success in delivering high-value client-facing software projects that span multiple teams and customers
- Track record of developing and improving consistent and repeatable outcomes across a Project Management Office
- Progressive Operational Leadership or Consultative experience in either a hospital or Health System setting
- Exp with program dev that relies on thorough synthesis & understanding of clinical evidence/outcomes, process flow analysis, end-user relations etc.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving experience
- Thorough understanding of core business processes within healthcare organizations required.
- Management experience of individual contributors and/or supervisors
