Responsibilities

Proactively find inefficiencies in processes, suggest enhancements, and present proposals to leadership.
<\/p><\/div>

Effectively collaborates with teams to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
<\/p><\/div>

Analysis of Workday and ServiceNow processes and upcoming features that impact the overarching structure of our Workday and ServiceNow ecosystem

Skills

Must have
<\/p>

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday and ServiceNow Consultant
<\/p><\/div>

Experience in Python in an enterprise environment, covering the whole development life cycle
<\/p><\/div>

Hands -on expertise in internal integrations
<\/p><\/div>

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to understand and interpret stakeholder requirements & translate them into meaningful metrics and reports.
<\/p><\/div>

Excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem -solving and multi -tasking.
<\/p><\/div>

Ability to take ownership of the process and work with minimum supervision
