General Summary and Purpose:

You will be a key member of the International team, responsible for preparing well-written, accurate and compelling responses in line with corporate branding standards for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) in soliciting new business for Victory across a global footprint of clients in Europe, Asia and Latin America.  You will also contribute to the administration and maintenance of the RFP database via the RFP software, Responsive, and manage a key RFP vendor relationship.

You will report to the Director, Client Centricity, Administration & Operations

You Will:

• Write and edit accurate and relevant responses to RFPs and related requests in line with corporate branding standards.
• Assist in crafting new and more complex RFP responses as well as enhancing existing language.
• Collaborate effectively with various internal and external constituents, domestic and internationally-based as well, in order to process and obtain relevant information for questionnaires and general requests.
• Act as point of contact and manage RFP workflow and quality of responses with external vendor
• Be responsible for completing quarterly documents for existing clients.
• Maintain firm and strategy information within the RFP software, Responsive.
• Assist with data and other requests from internal and external clients.
• Provide backup support for the Institutional and the Intermediary/Retail RFP teams as needed.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree; major in Finance, Business, English or equivalent work experience.
• 7-15 years of professional experience in investment management and/or marketing communications within a business writing or RFP writing role.
• Strong attention to detail with knowledge of the investment management industry.
• Knowledge of strategy characteristics, attribution and performance.
• An interest in being challenged on a daily basis with the end result of providing a quality document to facilitate the sales process.
• Prior experience with outside vendors a plus.
• Experience and familiarity with Luxembourg and Dublin registered UCITS a plus.
• Flexibility, patience, and organization skills to simultaneously handle multiple requests.
• Experience with RFP database software (e.g., Responsive, Qvidian, RFP360, etc.).

 Target Compensation:

The target base salary range for this position is $120,000-140,000.

Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.

Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
