About UNSW:
UNSW isn’t like other places you’ve worked. Yes, we’re a large organisation with a diverse and talented community, a community doing extraordinary things. Together, we are driven to be thoughtful, practical, and purposeful in all we do. Taking this combined approach is what makes our work matter. If you want a career where you can thrive, be challenged and do meaningful work, you’re in the right place.
Why Your Role Matters:
As a Senior Solution Business Analyst, you will sit at the centre of transformative, enterprise-wide initiatives that shape how the University operates and grows. Your work will turn complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions—ensuring that strategy is translated into delivery in a way that is practical, scalable, and aligned to long-term priorities.
UNSW is rolling out a new learning management system (LMS), approved in June 2026, as a major university-wide transformation by 2030. Delivered faculty by faculty and aligned with the 2028 Flex-Semester transition for early adopting faculties, it will reshape teaching and learning.
The LMS Program goes beyond technology, combining change, training, and engagement through a human-centred design approach. Joining now means contributing to a high-impact initiative with strong leadership and a multidisciplinary team.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will influence both business and technology decisions, bringing insight, structure, and clarity to critical initiatives. Your ability to define requirements, drive process improvements, and align diverse perspectives will be key to delivering meaningful and sustainable outcomes across the organisation.
Beyond project delivery, your impact will extend to strengthening the broader business analysis capability. By mentoring others and contributing to best-practice standards, tools, and frameworks, you will help build a more consistent, high-performing approach to analysis across the University.
Ultimately, your role will be instrumental in enabling smarter decision-making, driving innovation, and ensuring the University continues to evolve with confidence in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment.
