Step into a pivotal warehouse role that keeps production moving
Join a leading manufacturer where a small, close-knit team counts on your precision and follow-through every single day. As the Shipping and Inventory Operations Specialist, you’ll be the person who makes sure materials arrive intact, inventory is accurate in NetSuite, and outbound orders leave on time—so production never misses a beat.
A day in your boots
You start your shift at 8:00 AM with a quick check of inbound schedules. A truck pulls in—you unload, inspect for damage, and match each item to its packing slip. You log materials into NetSuite (hands-on NetSuite experience is required), tag and stage for production, and flag any discrepancies immediately. Midday, you’re collaborating across departments to prioritize hot orders, picking and packing with care, applying freight and intercompany terms correctly, and processing shipments. Before close, you run cycle counts and validate inventory accuracy so tomorrow starts clean.
