Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, with 3+ years of applied experience.
Advanced skills in one or more programming languages, including Java 8+ for distributed application development, REST, microservices, and Spring Boot.
Experience developing cloud-native applications (e.g., AWS, GCP, private cloud).
Familiarity with modern SDLC practices such as Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment.
Experience with design systems and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability.
