Position: Software Quality Assurance Analyst Reporting To: Sneha Motadoo (Software Quality Assurance Manager) Department: Business Systems 10C Location: Raleigh Head Office, WPG (on-site) Type: Contract (12 months, possible extension)   Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to oversee quality assurance activities for an ERP migration project. This role involves validating system functionality, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the transition from legacy systems to the new ERP platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, customizations, and leveraging standard feature sets to meet business requirements.   Key Responsibilities ·         Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ERP migration, including customizations and standard features. ·         Validate data migration accuracy and integrity across modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.). ·         Collaborate with business analysts, developers, subject matter experts and project managers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards. ·         Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). ·         Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to resolve issues promptly. ·         Ensure compliance with organizational QA processes and best practices. ·         Provide input on risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to migration. ·         Support training and documentation efforts for end-users post-migration. Qualifications ·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. ·         3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ERP or other large scale systems. ·         Strong understanding of ERP modules and business processes. ·         Experience with data migration validation and system integrations. ·         Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). ·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
