Description:
The Store Transfer Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing the internal movement of inventory across the network. This includes transfers between Distribution Centers (DCs), stores, hubs, clearance centers, and offices. The role ensures timely, accurate delivery through effective scheduling, communication, and system execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Store Transfers - Manifest and process all committed transfers to ensure timely delivery to stores. Communicate completion status and respond to any follow-up requests.
- Reverse Transfers - Enter and manage return transfers from stores to warehouses upon request. Coordinate with stores, hubs, and final-mile partners to ensure proper execution.
- Hub Transfers - Process transfers from delivery hubs to Clearance Centers. Provide required labels and packing lists while maintaining communication with stores, delivery teams, and hub operations.
- Interoffice & DC-to-DC Transfers - Execute transfer requests between offices and distribution centers. Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Merchant teams and generate all necessary documentation.
- New Store Support - Partner with Merchant and Store teams to coordinate all inventory transfers for new store openings. Schedule deliveries, generate packing lists, and manage additional requests or returns.
- Clearance Centers - In collaboration with the Logistics Strategy Team, upload and process transfers to Clearance Centers, manage pricing uploads, and investigate discrepancies.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in computer systems and data entry
- Flexible work hours based on business needs
- Basic understanding of warehouse and distribution operations (order processing, picking, shipping)

- Primarily desk-based work using computer
- Repetitive processing tasks
- Handling of confidential information
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and participate in ongoing training
- Reliable attendance is essential
