Job Description Summary:

The Sales Support role will provide administrative support to sales team and handle customer relationship to expand sales with existing customers and acquiring new business. Also, this role monitors the end‑to‑end process from sales order receipt through shipment and final delivery, identifies issues along the way, and develops improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
The position has a high level of interaction with international customers, sales team, and internal departments.

Job Description:

Order Processing

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner through internal systems
  • Monitor order status and coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, Sales, Product Development) to ensure on-time fulfillment
  • Identify and resolve order-related issues, discrepancies, or delays

Customer Service & Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and other communication channels
  • Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with customers regarding order status, delivery, and documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers

Customer Request Follow-up

  • Track and follow up on customer requests, inquiries, and issues until resolution
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal stakeholders when necessary

Accounts Receivable (AR) Support

  • Support AR-related activities, including invoice follow-up and coordination with customers on payment-related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records related to customer payments and outstanding balances

Export & International Documentation

  • Prepare and review export-related documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other shipping documentation
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal export procedures

Process Improvement & Efficiency Projects

  • Participate in operational efficiency and process improvement projects driven by growth in customer base and sales volume
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve scalability, and support sustainable business growth

Work Experience:

Experience Range II: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

The anticipated compensation range is

21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
