Overview of Role:
WestJet is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support major technology initiatives and lead the evolution of our Business Requirements Office (BRO) — our Business Analysis Centre of Excellence.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Delivery, the Senior Business Analyst will strengthen business analysis practices across the organization, develop scalable standards and templates, and act as a trusted partner to business and technology teams. You’ll help ensure clear requirements, consistent delivery, and strong alignment between business needs and technical outcomes.
