- If hired as a substitute, we will provide you with a new hire paperwork packet and schedule an orientation / training session. Please be prepared to provide and complete the following:
- Direct deposit information (voided check or savings account slip).
- Acceptable form(s) of identification.
- School District of Ashland Background Check.
- State of Wisconsin Child Care Background Check.

We cannot predict nor guarantee the amount of time you will be called to be a substitute. Please be aware that when you are on our sub list, it does not guarantee a long-term sub assignment and/or permanent employment with the School District of Ashland.
Substitutes will not be eligible to substitute with the School District of Ashland until all information is on file at the District Office and you have attended an orientation / training session, if applicable.
