Description

The Primary Care & Specialty Service Nursing Supervisor coordinates and directs the overall functions of the Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease nursing departments, including the rooming, triage, and practice nurses at both the Plaza & River Campus locations. The supervisor works with administration, site coordinators, providers, other department supervisors/staff, team leads, providers, nursing staff, and community resources to render professional patient care. The supervisor also serves as a clinical expert and resource.

 

Schedule:

  • Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
  • Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 8am-4:30pm
  • No weekends

 

Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting pay begins at $82,659.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience

  • Salary range:  $82,659.20 - $123,988.80 per year

    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of MN
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
  • 2 years of staff supervisory experience preferred
  • 2 years of leadership/management experience with a health care team preferred
  • 2 years of Epic EMR in an ambulatory care setting preferred
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate employees to be productive and efficient
  • Self motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team setting with minimal supervision
  • Is detail oriented and provides timely follow through with minor and major assignments
  • Ability to manage resources and staff within budget requirements
