In this role, you"ll facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, support the development of course materials, and partner with subject matter experts to keep content fresh and accurate. You"ll work alongside more senior facilitators and content developers, learning the lifecycle of training delivery from intake through evaluation. You bring strong interpersonal communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the organizational discipline to balance multiple sessions and deadlines. You"re curious by nature, eager to grow your craft of facilitation, and able to take ownership while learning from the team around you.\\n
Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions on Apple"s internal productivity tools to a range of internal audiences, following established curricula and facilitator guides.\\nContribute to the development and maintenance of training materials, including slide decks, exercises, and assessments.\\nPartner with subject matter experts to understand tool functionality and ensure delivered content stays accurate.\\nAdapt facilitation style and pacing to meet the needs of learners with varying levels of familiarity with the subject matter.\\nCollect and share learner feedback to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery.\\nManage logistics for assigned sessions, including scheduling, materials prep, and post-session follow-up.\\nMaintain organized records of session activity, attendance, and outcomes.\\n
Bachelor"s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.\\nExperience in training, facilitation, or a learning and development role.\\nWorking knowledge of macOS and iOS.\\nExperience delivering training sessions in a professional setting (virtual, in-person, or both).\\n \\n
Proficiency with Apple"s productivity suite (Keynote, Numbers, Pages).\\nFamiliarity with the lifecycle of training (analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation).\\nFamiliarity with adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals.\\nExperience facilitating virtual instructor-led training (VILT) using tools such as Webex, Zoom, or comparable platforms.\\nExperience or curiosity working with AI and GenAI tools to support training delivery or content development.\\n \\n
