Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Technician

Bright Futures Psychiatry is expanding again and looking for passionate Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technicians to join our team. We are a 100% PMHNP female owned practice, founded by an Air Force Veteran, and located in the beautiful Broadmoor area of Colorado Springs. What You’ll Do:

• The following list describes the essential duties for both administrative and clinical duties.
• Primary roles and responsibilities are, but not limited to:
• Providing educational consultations with prospective TMS patients
• Delivering daily TMS Therapy as indicated by medical providers
• Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
• Administrative tasks as assigned (scheduling appointments, statistical reporting, data entry to EHR, collecting copays, attaining prior-auths, etc.)
• Inputting progress notes into client’s EHR
• Other Medical Assistant duties
• Secondary roles and responsibilities are, but not limited to: Supporting the Clinical Assistants during downtime

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent, formal TMS training or direct work experience preferred. 
• Undergraduate in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Good judgment, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Preferred: Basic Life Support (active AHA Provider Certification)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $21.61-$28.39 per hour (based on experience)
