Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking a Walmart Sales Intern to join our team and support our continued growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Overview

You will lead a defined project to build a Walmart Spark-exclusive product program spanning Igloo coolers and hydration. The focus is on the Walmart Spark associate store, using the Walmart-branded logo product.

You will evaluate the current Igloo assortment, identify the right cooler and hydration items for this environment, and develop a cohesive, scalable program that aligns Walmart brand standards, pricing expectations, and store needs.

This is a hands-on project with real business exposure and direct visibility to the Walmart sales team.

Project Measurables

  • Defined Spark-exclusive assortment across coolers and hydration
  • Clear rationale for item selection, price points, and product features
  • Completed program framework ready for internal review and execution
  • Final presentation delivered to the Walmart sales leadership team

Anticipated Output of Project

  • Increased revenue through a focused, branded program designed specifically for the Spark store
  • Process improvement by creating a repeatable framework for future associate-store programs

General Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing Igloo cooler and hydration assortments sold at Walmart
  • Identify product gaps and opportunities specific to the Walmart Spark store
  • Build a recommended Spark-exclusive product lineup, including selection and pricing logic
  • Develop a clear, concise program summary and presentation for internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualification and experiences:

  • Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
  • Coursework related to the internship role (e.g. Marketing, Business Administration)

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in retail, consumer products, and sales strategy.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
