Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required.
Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

๐ Your Responsibilities
๐ Travel between client homes across Hampton Roads
๐งญ Cover weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
๐ฅ Support and guide caregivers in the field
๐ Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding)
๐งบ Perform light housekeeping and laundry
๐ฝ๏ธ Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
๐ Provide medication reminders and documentation
๐ฌ Offer companionship and emotional support
๐ Assist with client transitions and urgent coverage needs
๐ง What Youโll Need
โ Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required โ No Exceptions)
โ At least 1 year of caregiving experience
โ Valid driverโs license & reliable transportation
โ Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
โ Strong communication and leadership skills
โ Compassion, reliability, and professionalism
