SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to support our accounting team. This temporary position is designed to assist with key accounting and administrative tasks while providing valuable insight into field operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while contributing to the company's financial processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and updating records.
- Assist with data improvement and module enhancement
- Assist with implementing CRM, full AP and AR modules
- Assist with any other ERP upgrades
- Collaborate with the team on ad hoc projects and other assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
