Introduction

RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well‑established organisation in the lifting equipment industry to recruit an ADMIN / INTERNAL SALESPERSON, based in PINETOWN. Salary: R9 000 – R12 000, depending on experience and qualifications.

 

About Our Client

Our client provides lifting equipment designed and manufactured for high speed and optimum flexibility. They also offer national repair and maintenance services.

 

Purpose of the Job

  • Keep customers, enquiries, and quotations moving so no opportunity is lost.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on outstanding quotes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support customer communication.
  • Assist sales representatives with administrative and customer‑related tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties required by the branch.

Strong computer skills are essential. The role requires someone who is fast, accurate, structured, and able to learn quickly. Technical experience is not required but the ability to pick up new information is important.

Duties & Responsibilities

Main Tasks

  • Prepare and update quotations
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer queries
  • Maintain CRM and internal records
  • Support sales reps with admin and communication
  • Handle general branch administration

Assist with customer service and internal coordination

Skills Required

We need someone who is:

  • Positive and customer‑focused
  • Confident on the phone and email
  • Strong with systems and computers
  • Organised and detail‑driven
  • Able to balance admin work with customer interaction

 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in administration, internal sales, or customer support
  • Strong computer literacy (non‑negotiable)
  • CRM experience is an advantage

Package & Remuneration

Salary: R9 000 – R12 000, depending on experience and qualifications.
