Asset Management Intern

THE PROGRAM

Armada Hoffler’s 8-week Summer Internship Program runs from June 1, 2026 through July 24, 2026, and is designed to develop, teach, and mentor undergraduate and graduate students as they explore career opportunities within the Commercial Real Estate and Construction industries. Students will be given the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to hands-on project focused tasks in various departments throughout the organization.

Our Asset Management team focuses on improving the performance and overall quality of our portfolio through an efficient balance of budgeting, stringent financial management, operating expense analysis, real estate tax and insurance reviews, capital improvements, energy management programs, lease analysis, tenant and vendor relations, and market awareness. Our portfolio consists of mixed-use projects, apartment buildings, Class A office space, flex-tech office buildings, retail space, power centers and neighborhood retail centers.

ELIGIBILITY

• Current student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited university (having completed sophomore year).
• Recommended majors include, but are not limited to, Real Estate, Business Management.
• Must be able to work full-time from June 1, 2026 – July 24, 2026.
• Selected applicants must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check to include academic record and verification of education, criminal history, and any other records or information related to the candidate’s suitability for the position.
