What You’ll Own

  • Develop and deliver engaging communications across internal channels including email, newsletters, intranet content, and employee-facing platforms
  • Support the editorial calendar and help ensure messaging is timely, coordinated, and aligned to key business priorities
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization to shape clear, consistent messaging
  • Help execute multichannel communication plans that support business initiatives and reinforce culture
  • Track engagement metrics, employee feedback, and communication effectiveness to help optimize future messaging
  • Support internal campaigns focused on employee recognition, company milestones, and culture-building moments
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide communications tied to leadership events, town halls, and organizational announcements
  • Assist in elevating the company’s external employer and brand voice through select social and professional channels, including LinkedIn

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or a related field
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor tone for multiple audiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working within fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Comfort with digital communication platforms and engagement tools
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with a desire to grow within a high-visibility communications function
