What You Should Know About the Barista Role:

• Hours are 12pm-7:30pm, Monday-Friday
• This position is based within Jefferson Regional 
• In this unique setting, daily interactions with a diverse clientele, including hospital staff, physicians, and visitors, are expected. 

Job Summary

Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. Processing orders efficiently and accurately and handling monetary transactions/reporting. Keeping service and dining areas clean and well-stocked. Strict adherence to health and safety guidelines. Delivering high quality customer service and handling complaints professionally. 

Barista Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Barista or a similar role is preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with brewing methods, ingredients, and equipment
• Relevant training is a plus.
