The Business Analyst will play a key role in developing the business requirements related to the creation of an RFB (Request for Bid) for card production services. The candidate must have experience in RFB development projects and working with vendor focussed projects\/deliverables.<\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Prepare and present complex communications materials, including issues management responses, proposals, briefing materials, and presentations for senior management decision\-making.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Develop funding packages, business cases, and cost\-benefit analyses for business I&IT initiatives.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Lead and conduct detailed analysis to assess client business problems and opportunities, documenting findings.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to I&IT management and client decision\-makers.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Develop performance measures for business analysis evaluation and conduct follow\-up.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Act as a liaison between business clients, technical teams, and service providers\/partners.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Lead the development of business requirements for Requests for Bid (RFB).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support the RFB process, including drafting, responding to vendor queries, and assisting in vendor evaluation.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Lead or participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist Product Owner with backlog prioritisation and refinement.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Document and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Apply industry\-standard methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative approaches.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Transfer skills and knowledge to OPS staff.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to convert requirements into IT solutions.<\/span>
