Business Analyst

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive the design and delivery of digital solutions and processes in a policy-driven environment. Focus areas include requirements definition, operational analysis, system support, and change management to meet business, privacy, and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; translate to functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Support operational teams with process design, workflow reviews, and system enhancements.
• Conduct data and risk analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support project delivery (planning, risk management, testing, UAT) and design operational reports and procedures.
• Manage change, communications, and training for new/updated processes.
• Ensure data integrity, security, privacy, and audit compliance across integrated systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting digital or enterprise systems.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments.
• Familiarity with system testing, UAT, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
