Business Analyst

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support complex IT projects. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable value and align with organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, and documentation (business and functional requirements, user stories).
• Facilitate workshops and review sessions.
• Act as the key liaison between business users and IT delivery teams.
• Contribute to solution validation, including testing and user acceptance.
• Maintain strong communication and customer service throughout the project.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Significant IT project experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Hands-on experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Education / Certifications (One of the following):

• IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
• IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC)

Desired Assets:

• Experience with contact centre technology (e.g., telephony, IVR, WFM, CRM integrations).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for requirements management.
• Knowledge of cloud-based and SaaS solutions.
