• Lead regular status meetings to connect project threads, uncover potential risks\/issues, and track progress.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Manage an offshore business analyst in day‑to‑day tasks.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Understand business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Elicit and document requirements to meet business needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Apply understanding of business analysis professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Direct and monitor business analysis activities to ensure traceability and optimum coverage of business requirements with the change‑request backlog.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Manage project progress by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Provide senior management and project management with regular updates on deliverable timelines and project status.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Respond proactively to business and project issues and escalate appropriately.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
