About Mjolnir Security
Mjolnir Security is a Canadian MSSP and Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) firm serving enterprise clients across financial services, automotive retail, education, and regulated sectors. We build proprietary security platforms, deliver managed security operations, and help clients navigate complex compliance and technology transformation projects.
The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of client-facing engagements and internal platform initiatives. You'll work directly with the CEO and senior technical staff to track project milestones, manage documentation, coordinate procurement, and ensure that deliverables cross the finish line on time and to standard. This is a high-visibility role in a small, fast-moving firm — you'll touch nearly everything.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate delivery across concurrent client engagements including managed IT services, M365 migrations, and security program buildouts
- Maintain and update Statements of Work (SOWs), project trackers, timesheets, and client-facing status reports
- Build and manage Excel-based tracking tools, timesheet workflows, and billing summaries aligned to client contracts
- Support procurement workflows including vendor evaluation, quote management, and purchase coordination (e.g., licensing, hardware, third-party tools)
- Liaise between technical leads and clients to translate requirements into actionable work items
- Draft client communications, meeting agendas, and follow-up summaries
- Assist with RFP responses, proposal writing, and engagement scoping documentation
- Maintain internal wikis, runbooks, and project documentation in an organized, version-controlled manner
- Track and flag scope creep, budget variances, and milestone risks to leadership
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in a BA, project coordinator, or operations support role — ideally in a technology, MSP, or professional services environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, formula-based workflows); experience building structured trackers or dashboards is a strong asset
- Excellent written communication — you can draft a clean SOW section or a professional client email with minimal direction
- Comfortable working across Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook)
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities without dropping threads
- Exposure to IT project lifecycles, licensing models, or vendor procurement is an advantage
- Familiarity with security or compliance concepts (SOC 2, PIPEDA, ISO 27001) is a bonus, not a requirement
Why Join Us
- Work on real enterprise engagements — not internal demos
- Exposure to the full lifecycle of a boutique security firm: sales, delivery, product, and operations
- Direct mentorship from the founder with a path to a senior BA or operations leadership role
- Competitive compensation, flexible hybrid work model, and a team that moves fast and builds things that matter
Location requirement: Candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area. This hybrid role requires in-person availability at our office or client sites up to three days per week. Relocation assistance and travel reimbursement are not available for this position.
