Business Analyst

• Perform system analysis, design, testing, and implementation of applications.<\/span>

• Conduct user research, develop personas, and create journey maps to improve service delivery and customer experience.<\/span>

• Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and other relevant materials.<\/span>
