About this Opportunity: 

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to join our Insurance Services team. This role is instrumental in advancing data-driven decision-making, improving operational performance, and delivering exceptional client experiences. As a trusted partner across the organization, the Business Analyst will help to translate complex data into actionable insights, influencing business strategy, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. 

What You’ll Do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret datasets related to operations, client behavior, financial performance, and market trends. 

• Identify patterns, opportunities, and risks to support strategic decision-making. 

• Develop predictive and scenario-based analyses to inform business planning.

• Design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using modern visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). 

• Deliver concise, high-impact insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. 

• Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations) to identify and implement process improvements. 

• Map current and future state workflows, recommending innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability. 

• Support organizational initiatives related to automation, digital transformation, and system enhancements.

• Prepare business cases to support strategic initiatives

• Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes with data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

• Previous work experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role (insurance or financial services preferred) 

• Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional projects and influencing business decisions 

• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive measurable results

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Power Query, complex formulas, data modeling) 

• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI)
