We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Overhead team! The Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating, administering, developing, implementing and maintaining the Section’s business systems, relevant applications, processes, and procedures to ensure that business needs are met. The Business Analyst will conduct cost-benefit and feasibility studies and design and implement medium and high complexity systems. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for developing business solutions, configuring applications and providing quality assurance testing and trainings for system related projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, administering, and maintaining information management control systems that support the Overhead Operations section. You will conduct cost‑benefit and feasibility studies, as well as design and implement medium‑ and high‑complexity systems. The Business Analyst will formulate business and system requirements, perform detailed analyses, and prepare comprehensive business documentation and functional specifications. In this position, you will design and develop proposals, forms, workflows, business processes, data models, and system specifications to support operational needs.
You will also develop solutions and implementation plans for new systems, policies, procedures, and end‑user requirements. In this role, you will keep senior management informed of project progress and provide recommendations for efficiencies through statistical analysis, summaries, KPIs, charts, and reports. You will act as a Project Leader for system‑related initiatives, developing business solutions, configuring applications, and performing quality assurance testing. As a Business Analyst you will also assist, guide, and train departmental staff on computerized systems and applications.
In this position, you will research procedural issues, prepare reports, and provide data to other departments as required. You will identify system requirements or changes and assist in developing justification for new implementations or modifications. The role includes administering, maintaining, and updating systems, policies, procedures, and related materials. You will also oversee third‑party vendors to ensure work is completed accurately and according to specifications, while communicating key findings, issues, proposed changes, and progress to management and stakeholders.
