Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to support complex IT transformation initiatives. This role will focus on enterprise-wide system integration, application portfolio management, and infrastructure rationalization within a complex, large-scale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
A detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable Business Analyst who can thrive in fast-paced environments and effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Gather, document, and manage technical and functional requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Analyze application landscapes, system dependencies, and integration points across the enterprise.
- Support application rationalization efforts, including inventory management, consolidation, and decommissioning planning.
- Create detailed documentation for interfaces, data flows, and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Delivery teams.
- Support impact analysis, system testing (e.g., UAT), and validation activities.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst on large IT or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
- Experience with infrastructure projects, complex system integrations, and enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for technical and business audiences.
- Exposure to concepts in Enterprise Architecture, cloud/infrastructure domains, APIs, or data integration.
- Experience in supporting UAT/testing cycles.
- Industry BA certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
