Job Description
A critical liaison between business and technical teams, supporting the early phase of business readiness for a major corporate transformation program focused on HR, Finance, and Procurement functions. This role ensures alignment of process, data, change, and technical deliverables to meet business value.
Specific Project/Platform Requirements:
- Experience with large transformation programs.
- Experience with data and process assessments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and translate business needs, gathering and documenting data requirements (including developing a data dictionary for HR, Finance, and Procurement processes).
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Data, and Process teams to align process development and data inventory.
- Support business readiness for an ERP implementation by contributing to deliverables (e.g., action plans, governance content) and managing risks/dependencies.
Top Skills Required:
- Undergraduate Degree in Commerce, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience in a digital journey/digitalization project.
- Experience with data and process inventory/design work.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Assets:
- BA Certification (e.g., IIBA CBAP®) or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with modern ERPs and large transformation programs.
- Experience working in Finance, HR, and/or Procurement portfolios.
