Business Analyst — Baths of America
Houston, TX | Full-Time | On-Site
Who We Are
Baths of America is a 21-year-old Houston luxury bath, kitchen, and outdoor products company. We carry 300+ brands across plumbing fixtures, appliances, door hardware, and cabinets — serving designers, architects, builders, and retail customers across two showrooms and a distribution center, with new locations opening soon.
We are in the middle of the most significant technology transformation in our company's history — a new ERP implementation, a PIM buildout, a custom spec book builder, and a growing e-commerce presence. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-from-scratch opportunity.
What You Will Own
- Requirements for our ERP implementation — commissions, order entry, multi-location inventory, purchasing, and WMS
- Functional specification for our spec book builder — what it does, what it outputs, how it integrates with our ERP
- Data attribute requirements for our PIM implementation feeding both our ERP and Shopify
- Process documentation across all BOA showroom locations — creating the operating playbook for every future opening
- Staff training on new systems and processes at go-live and for every new hire thereafter
- Cross training program — ensuring no critical function at BOA lives in only one person's head
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or Operations Analyst
- Experience with at least one full ERP implementation — distribution or wholesale experience strongly preferred
- E-commerce or retail operations background — Shopify experience a plus
- Someone who asks why before they ask how — and is comfortable challenging assumptions
- Local to Houston — this role requires regular presence in our showrooms, warehouse, and distribution center
- Comfortable telling leadership when an idea is not ready to build yet — and backing it up with documentation
What We Offer
- Direct access to ownership and senior leadership — no bureaucracy, real decisions get made fast
- A clear roadmap with real projects that ship — not endless planning cycles
- The opportunity to build the operational and technology foundation of a growing multi-location business
- 21 years of momentum behind you — this is not a startup, but it is growing fast
To Apply
Send your resume and a brief note — not a cover letter — answering this one question: Tell us about an ERP or system implementation you worked on. What was your specific role and what is one thing you caught before it became an expensive problem?
