Job Description

Day to Day:

Collaborating with the clinical environment and the stakeholders in this space (nurses, doctors, medical directors) to understand their day to day and what the needs and requirements are for what they need to incorporate into the AI models that they are going to build.

What the AI models are going to solve: A model that can ingest clinical data and case data and medical records and provide a recommendation or a prediction. Provide the medical director with an evaluation of the patient’s case. Provide diagnosis codes that they use to evaluate a patient’s approvals or denys.

Eventually these models will be able to talk directly with patients/customers as well. They already have an AI avatar that has increased engagement for autism support.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a clinical setting (open on job titles)
• Experience communicating directly with clinicians (nurses, doctors, coordinators, medical directors)
• Able to speak the healthcare language with these users
• Someone who knows utilization management, care management. In a hospital setting.
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have skills:

• Experience as a BA (preferred but not necessarily required)
• Any AI knowledge / exposure (would be selling point)
